Condition Chart For Cars:
Mint–Never been out of box, straight from the factory
Near Mint–Never been out of box, but may have a small blemish on it
Fair–Probably been displayed before, has either blemishes or marks on it
Poor–Either has cracks on it or bad scrapes
Condition Chart For Boxes:
Near Mint — Box may show some shelf wear. Usually frayed corners and/or a few small crease marks.
Good – Box has a little wear.  Maybe a bent corner or two.
Fair – Box has wear.  Multiple bent/frayed corners, edges, 1/2″-2″ slit in bottom corners, and/or 1″-3″ crease marks.
Bad – Box has been crushed from shipping.  Corners bent, crease marks, tears and possibly water damage.
