You are looking at a GREAT apothecary cabinet. It is painted blue and I don’t think there are many layers of paint as I can see wood behind some chipped paint on the drawers. It has some wear on the top molding. One side has some molding that the other side does not. This measures approximately 34 3/4” wide x 31 3/4” tall x 10 2/3” deep. The drawers are about 9 7/8”. The drawer fronts are about 5 1/2” wide x 4 1/2” tall.
