Shipping
Items will be shipped out within 24 hours after payment cleared
and we will send you a shipping confirmation email. All shipments will be carry out by USPS First Class mail. It will normally take 3-5 business days to receive order. However, delivery time may varied depends on USPS postal process, especially during holiday seasons.
Tracking number will be provided via email
once the item has been shipped.
Our local post office is closed Saturdays & Sundays, therefore we do not ship on the weekends. Weekend orders will be shipped out the following Monday morning.
All free shipping options is available for
US domestic orders only
. International customers will be responsible for the shipping & handling costs at checkout.
We promise each item will be shipped, but sometimes
package might be lost in transit or stuck at a USPS processing center
. This sometimes happens
with USPS. Please contact us and we will open a package search investigation case with USPS. Please allow additional 3-5 business days for USPS to conduct the search after case opened.
If they find the package, they will re-deliver it to you immediately. If they do not find the package, we will ship out the same item again to you immediately, or you can request for your money back with no hassle.

Return & Exchange
