Here’s an interesting stock!
All we can find out is that it did a general railway, steamship and other advertising business, manufacturing folding easels and other necessary furniture and etc. Principal office was in New York City. Its capital was authorized to $100,000.

Westside of the original Virginia & Truckee Rail Road’s Carson City, Nevada depot.  Built in 1872.
When the Rail Road went bankrupt in 1950, the
building was sold to the Carson Masonic Lodge #1 F&AM in 1952 and turned
into a Masonic Lodge.
The western part of the building was
originally
the passenger waiting area, then offices for the Masonic Lodge and then
converted into retail space.  We have been at this location since Sept of
2013.

Section 1 & 2
Shipping and Handling

USA Customers:
We ship within the 50 United States of America.
No APO / APE. (Sorry GI’s it’s a Paypal tracking
thing.)
Insurance is required for all item(s) sent.
Delivery Confirmation Required.
Signature Confirmation with Restricted Delivery
Required, when the total invoice is over $750.00.
Shipping amount on the eBay auction page vs fees listed here.  Whichever amount
is higher is the shipping amount.  We will discount it
within reason, however we do not negotiation shipping fees due to
eBay, Paypal and your credit card’s policies in regards to
tracking.
The reason for the high cost is eBay and Paypal
rules for a tracking numbers and the so-called buyer protection plain.
If you have any questions please contact eBay and or Paypal
for their policies.
We ship two to three times a week via USPS (US
Postal Service).
Shipping and Handling charge represent the actual cost of shipping, packing material, and labor only.

Non-USA Customers:
International shipping starts at $15.00. We
also reserve the right to require Priority Mail, EMS or FedEx on a
country per country bases and on bidder bases.  This will depend on
total value, country’s postal system, and feedbacks Prices listed here
or on the eBay “Shipping and payments” tab found on eBay.com are
used only as a guide.  The price we quote you on your invoice
is the price regardless of what the “Shipping and payments”
price shows.
We do not negotiation
shipping fees due to Paypal’s terms of service.
We ship two to three
times a week via USPS (US Postal Service) or FedEx.
Shipping and Handling
charge represent the actual cost of shipping, packing material, and
labor only.
Import duties, taxes
and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your
country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will
be prior to bidding or buying.
These charges are
normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when
you pick the item up – do not confuse them for our shipping and handling
charges.
We do not mark
merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ – US and
International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Payment
eBay’s policy say that we are not allowed to
ask for Kash, or Kheck unless the customer requests
to pay that way. (Permission freely given!)
Local pick up
in Carson City, Nevada, USA – Kash payment only.
None US residents can ask about a bank details in Australia, Canada, England, New Zealand, Singapore, and Vietnam

Sales Tax / GST / PST / VAT
eBay is now collecting Sales Tax / GST / PST / VAT on
item(s) delivered to addresses within some states.
We have no control over this matter including if that
item(s) is tax exempt within your state.
We appreciate
your understanding in this matter and suggest that you contact your
legislators and Tax
Departments.
RESALE CERTIFICATES. If you have
a resale certificate, you will need to file a copy of it plus the
required paper work with eBay.  Again, we have no control of the
matter and you’ll have to clear the matter up with
eBay.

Return Policy
Thirty (30) day money back guarantee with
no restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling fee is not
refundable.
Buyers are
responsible for all shipping charges on return item(s).
By the buyer or
winner leaving us negative or neutral
feedback(s), shall VOID the buyer’s return
privilege on any and all of the item(s) which were shipped to them
in that package.  (This is to encourage the buyer /
winner to talk to us first before they leave such feedback and
work things out.)
Items graded by 3rd
parties are non-returnable for any reason whatsoever. (Such as: LCG, PCGS,
NGC, PMG)
Item(s) described in the description “as is” or “non-returnable” are not returnable for any reason whatsoever.

Legal
All bidders are at least 18 years of age or
older.

Currency & Coins, Inc. (CVCC-INC), its agents and employees make no
warrantees, guarantees or representations and expressly disclaim any
warranties, representations or guarantees, including a warranty of
merchantability.
In the event of any
claim or controversy arising out of the sale, the Courts of Carson
City, Nevada shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any
case or controversy arising out of this sale or any transaction
associated therewith. If legal action is commenced in connection with
any sale, Carson Valley Currency & Coins, Inc. (CVCC-INC) shall be
entitled to recover, in addition to any amounts found due, its
reasonable attorney’s fees.
By bidding on this lot, all bidders acknowledge having read and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and that they further accept the Terms & Conditions without reservation.
